The above is a basic diagram shows a basic understanding of how the system for helping individuals and families leave homelessness. As housing prices rise there is a growing gap between what people leaving the continuum of care can afford and the pricing of what is widely available.

We, as Small Start Living, were formed to help create housing in this gap so that people can continue being housed.

We do this by creating small, environmentally-minded affordable housing apartment complexes around the city. These are designed to be small spaces since the majority of people going through the COC are single adults.
