Our mission is to find and create affordable housing for low-income individuals and families.

What began as a question on how to help end homelessness in Indianapolis has turned into a solution of providing housing to low-income individuals and families.

Starting Small

As a startup non-profit we’ve got a long way to go to help meet the need for affordable housing. However, we’re happy to start in two ways.

For those who were recently homeless/unhoused and have been apart of the continuum of care, we aim to help keep you housed. See Step 1 for more details.

Grow your space with stability, higher income and a growing family.

Once the individual/family are capable of receiving a mortgage, we have options for ownership. See Step 2 for more details.
